Agreement

By using getplushly.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract.

Products

We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours vary between screens, and handmade or fabric items vary slightly. Sizes are approximate — always check the size guide before ordering apparel.

Pricing

All prices are in USD. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing errors. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Product safety and supervision

Our toys are for supervised play. No toy is indestructible. Inspect toys regularly and remove them once damaged — loose parts and torn fabric are a choking hazard. Apparel should not be left on an unsupervised dog. You're responsible for choosing products suitable for your dog's size and chewing strength.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Plushly name — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
